Sorry about my lack of posts. I've gotten side tracked, and thought of letting my VOX site die, but I've decided to come back and keep posting. Updates: I'm no longer running Windows Vista. That machine is running Windows XP once again and my other computer is still running Mac OS X 10.4.11. I've entered the Pre-International Baccalaureate programme at school. And I've gotten a job at my local Foot Locker.
'til later,

Microsoft continues to incorrectly spell several product names and components. The main product being Windows Media Centre. I've personally contacted Microsoft, who said they "forworded it to a software" something or other. Although Americans may not notice it, but around the world, we spell things differently! "Center" is incorrect (centre), "Color" is incorrect (colour), and many more. In countries like Canada and the United Kingdom which use these versions, Microsoft continues to use the American spelling of everything. I find it very disrespectful to Canadians!
Hey, have your heard of the new Web 2.0 service, iLike? It's like YouTube for Music... sorta. Although, Apple is probably planning their attack on iLike as they have a similar name (to iPod) and have a plug-in for iTunes. So, signup and enjoy... for now.

I've always wondered why we call it "bullying." Why do we use this term to ease the effect. Bullying is not the right word. The majority of "bullying," is harassment or even assault. There are laws about both. I feel calling it harassment will make kids understand that it is wrong, and illegal. So, please stop calling it "bullying." Stop easing the blow.

Due to the nature of this post, it has been marked offensive.
I've had Windows Vista Home Premium installed and running for less than 24 hours, maybe 19. But, I can say there are some things I like. Others I don't. First, I like Windows Media Centre and my ability to use it with my Xbox 360. Second, I hate that AMD (formerly ATI) doesn't seem to support my video card under Vista, it's an HIS Radeon 9250 128MB PCI from mid-2006. Next, I don't really like the new start menu, or the huge "shortcut" image placed in the "corner" of shortcuts (it takes about 30% of the icon). I hate Microsoft's "security" feature, now I have to click "continue" to do anything. I do plan on getting more $80 RAM (1x512MB) for my PC. I also plan on writing a full review.
